Advertising’s Next Frontier: Reaching Audiences in an Ad-free World

We’ll kick off the month with our very own hosted event in New York on June 6th. The event will be held at Interface NYC, a creative lounge space in North Chelsea. Adweek’s, Doug Zanger, will lead a panel discussion between Nathan Tan from General Motors, Michelle Anderson from Zillow, G. Mac Brown - Producer of The Departed, Lou Fusaro - Producer of Californication, and BEN’s Director of Brand Integration, Will Park. Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of new measurement solutions for brand integration campaigns, alternative strategies for creating authentic consumer experiences outside of traditional TV commercials and first-hand producer and brand perspectives on brand integrations. Attendance is limited so make sure you RSVP as soon as possible!

Produced By Conference Los Angeles

The following weekend, we’ll be back at the 10th Annual Produced By Conference in Los Angeles as proud Platinum Sponsors. On June 9th and 10th, BEN will have a designated lounge space just off the main lobby at Paramount Studios.

The Produced By Conference, a signature event of the PGA, showcases influential decision-makers in the entertainment industry who represent the best of the vibrant and diverse Hollywood creative community working in film, television, and digital. Attendees have the opportunity to network with Oscar-winning filmmakers, Emmy-winning showrunners, and the next generation of creative entrepreneurs during a full weekend of panel discussions, group mentoring sessions, and networking opportunities.

We invite those attending to come to the BEN area and enjoy a refreshing Jose Cuervo and/or Freixenet beverage with us!

Social Media Week LA

June 14th is the busiest day of them all! For starters, our CEO, Ricky Ray Butler will be speaking on a panel at Social Media Week LA with Chris Mancil and Markus Frieske from Electronic Arts (EA). The panel, How Gaming Brands Can Empower Creators, will take place at 2pm on The Broad Stage in Santa Monica, CA.

The theme of the event this year is “Closer” and will explore the intensifying conflict between individualism and community and will tackle three big sub-themes including The YouUniverse, The Social Divide and AI vs Humanity.

TV of Tomorrow

That same afternoon, Caressa Douglas our SVP of Global Strategic Partnerships will be speaking on a panel at TV of Tomorrow in San Francisco with Randall Keenan Winston, Co-Executive Producer of "Roseanne" and "Grace and Frankie". The Branded Content Fireside chat will take place at 4:40pm in the Hawthorn Room at the Golden Gate Club.

We’ll wrap up the June events with four days at VidCon in Anaheim, CA. VidCon is an event made for both the creators and viewers of the online video industry. In 2017, the event saw over 30,000 fans, creators, and industry leaders. This year is expected to be even bigger and better!

BEN will have a space at the Hyatt Creator’s Lounge. The space will feature an open-air photobooth with a custom backwall, as well as a place to charge your phones and relax. Our lush tropic greens and subtle pops of peachy oranges will send you on a vacation without actually leaving the building. We’ll be waiting for you and your selfie!

And that’s a wrap for June. Stay tuned for what’s to come in Q3!
