A global recap of our panel in Banff featuring Caressa Douglas (VP of Brand Integration), Nathan Tan (Associate Director, Brand Partnerships and Experiences, Global Cadillac), and Gonzalo Ruiz De Velasco (Founding Partner or Amsterdam Comunicaion, Producer of Club De Cuervos on Netflix)
Expanding our global footprint, the BEN team flew to Banff, Alberta, Canada to take part in a panel at the Banff World Media Festival. Our panel titled “Successful Brand Integration – How it Works and Why it Matters” was moderated by our own Caressa Douglas, and featured Nathan Tan (Associate Director, Brand Partnerships and Experiences, Global Cadillac) and Gonzalo Ruiz de Velasco (Founding Partner or Amsterdam Comunicaion, Producer of Club De Cuervos on Netflix). It was a perfect alliance of collaborative partners on stage that showcased a 360 story of the ideal ecosystem that can exist in brand integration.
BEN shared the floor with over 140 executives across entertainment which included Richard Plepler (Chairman and CEO, HBO) Evan Shapiro (EVP, Digital Enterprises, NBCUniversal), Sean Cohan (President, International and Digital Media, A+E Networks), Jens Richter (CEO, Fremantle Media Intl), Len Amato (President, HBO Films), Kathleen Grace (CCO , New Form Digital), Damon Berger (VP, Business Development, Fullscreen), and many more.
After being invited to key VIP events, including one located at the home of where the first Prime Minister of Canada lived, one could say that the experience was one of a kind. We look forward to expanding our relationships we have forged at this conference, and are even more excited that Canada is investing $1.9B dollars into their creative sector to support the creative community.
