SHERMAN OAKS, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Branded Entertainment Network, (BEN), the entertainment AI company that places brands inside influencer, streaming, TV, and film content, today announced unprecedented revenue growth and continued expansion of its AI development team. In 2019 alone, BEN’s AI team tripled in size and is expected to double in 2020.

BEN’s proprietary AI solution provides brands with custom-built algorithms to analyze a brand’s unique campaign goals and provide recommendations on the most impactful channel, audience, and content mix for brand integration, with proprietary brand safety tools to automatically flag inappropriate influencers.

“Our proprietary AI has served as an invaluable technology resource for some of the world’s biggest brands by generating deeper engagement, conversions, and impact”

CEO, Ricky Ray Butler

BEN’s AI models currently report audience metrics, such as size or number of impressions, as well as offer deeper predictions on how many clicks or conversions a piece of content will produce. For example, BEN’s AI accurately predicted four out of the top five new original series on Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu between September 2018 and May 2019, outperforming industry experts by 40 percent. In 2020, the company will continue to invest in neural networks that use deep learning technology and neuroscience to improve BEN’s predictive capabilities related to content.

“Our proprietaryAI has served as an invaluable technology resource for some of the world’s biggest brands by generating deeper engagement, conversions, and impact,” said Ricky Ray Butler, CEO of BEN. “In increasingly ad-free environments, AI can be the driver that enables brands to authentically integrate their products into content by connecting with audiences in a relevant and meaningful way.”

Q3 also marks BEN’s highest-grossing quarter. The company is well-positioned to have another record-breaking year and remains on track to reach its target of 10,000 brand integrations in 2019, which would represent a 40 percent increase from the previous year. In Q3, BEN signed several new clients including Pernod Ricard and Atoms & Nouriche.

On the heels of announcing the opening of its Shanghai office in Q2 2019, BEN has also deepened its presence in the Asian market, integrating with Chinese platform Weibo to bring AI to China’s massive network of influencers. Expansion into China will remain a priority focus for 2020.
